Short Term Rentals – 5 Tips
You have an appartment or studio and are looking to get some profit with short term rentals. Check here our 5 tips on how to get it ready for your guests.
1. Furnish the apartment spending modestly, but with charm
It’s true! You don’t need to spend a fortune in furniture to make your short term rental home agreeable; just bear in mind that the apartment should not be a deposit of used trashy looking things. Put yourself in your guests’ shoes: would you rent your property? If what you see, pleases you, then go ahead; otherwise improve the looks of your home.
2. Have the basic equipment installed
Is there everything necessary for a pleasurable stay in your apartment? Or do we have to run right in the morning to the next café because there is no coffee machine? Think about what the average person does at home and follow those rules. The very basic is: stove, micro-wave, coffee machine, television, internet, washing machine.
3. Bedlinen and Towels
Most of our visitors fly in with a low cost. Luggage is therefore limited, there should be those basic textiles such as bedlinen, towels and kitchen cloths. Here too, give a little attention to textiles: don’t have stained or unmatched towels.
4. User manuals and information
Leave in the apartment the user manuals for the equipment; don’t forget the house rules and also leave information about the area, supermarkets, buses, which will facilitate the life of your guests.
5. Go online
It’s online that most of our guests find their short term rental. So find a platform and publish online photos, information about your home
