Description
A charming studio in central Porto, at walking distance to all major sites in city center. Trindade and Lapa Metro stations nearby.
When you enter the studio there is to the left the bathroom with shower. Then you have the kitchen area – with cooktop and oven, microwave, coffee maker, mid-sized fridge. There is everything you need to cook simple meals. At it’s end is the living room. There is a table for 2 people to sit comfortably. We have replaced the sofa, so now it is quite comfortable for a rest at the end of the day, watching TV. For more privacy there is a big wardrobe separating the sleeping area where you find a double bed.
It is on the first floor of a centenary building that has been fully renovated. Its both windows face east towards the street of Lapa. There is no lift! So not a good choice for wheel chair!
- Grace period -
No fee charged for bookings canceled within 48 hours after booking
- Booking Cancellation -
Up to 60 days: No fee charged for bookings canceled 8 weeks before arrival.
From 59 to 15 days: The guest will be charged 70% of the amount paid, if canceled up to 15 days before arrival.
From 14 to 0 days: There will be no refund of the reservation fee paid for cancellations of 14 days until arrival.
DURING YOUR STAY
- Early Termination -
The above prices are valid for stays longer than 120 days (4 months).
For cancellations that occur during these first 120 days, there will be no refund for the last month paid.
Termination of the stay after the initial 4 months at no additional cost by giving 31 days notice.
Reduced payment is not possible for additional periods of less than 30 days.
Deposits
All deposits charged are returned up to 30 days after leaving the accommodation, discounting any damage caused or abuse of electricity, water and gas or internet.
