Description
Welcome to T3 – Parque da Cidade! This 3 bedroom family apartment is located in the Aldoar area of Porto, a 10 minute walk to Parque da Cidade (City Park). It has several shops nearby for everyday living, and buses to the city centre or Matosinhos beach. The apartment has a kitchen equipped with fridge, stove/oven, griller/toaster, kettle and other small appliances. There is a washing machine (in the kitchen) and clothes hanger in the sunroom. Adjacent to the kitchen and sunroom, you will find a spacious living-dining room, all of them south-facing. The sleeping quarters face north and are comprised of 3 bedrooms (two with queen-size beds and one with a double bed, all with polished floorboards), 2 bathrooms (one ensuite with a bath and the other with a walk-in shower). An entry hall with built-ins separates the two areas of the home.
No fee charged for bookings canceled within 48 hours after booking.
Reservation Cancellation
Up to 60 days: No fee charged for bookings canceled 8 weeks before arrival.
From 59 to 5 days: The guest will be charged 50€ of the amount paid, if canceled up to 5 days before arrival.
From 4 to 0 days: There will be no refund of the reservation paid for cancellations from 4 days until arrival.
No show: No refunds for no shows.
Early termination - Short to Medium Term Stays (up to 2 months)
No refunds for terminations within the lenght of stay. The full stay must be paid.
Early termination - Long Term Stays (from 4 months to 12 months)
It is required the payment of first and last month of stay. No refund of last month paid for early termination made within the first 120 days of stay. After this period, cancelation possible with a 45 day notice by e-mail.
Deposits
All deposits will be handed back within 30 days after check-out, deducted any damages caused ou utilities not paid.
