Cancellation PolicyRESERVATIONS
- Grace period -
No fee charged for bookings canceled within 48 hours after booking
- Booking Cancellation -
Up to 60 days: No fee charged for bookings canceled 8 weeks before arrival.
From 59 to 15 days: The guest will be charged 70% of the amount paid, if canceled up to 14 days before arrival.
From 14 to 0 days: There will be no refund of the reservation fee paid for cancellations of 14 days until arrival.

TERMINATION OF LONG TERM STAYS
- Early Termination -
The above prices are valid for stays longer than 120 days (4 months).
For cancellations that occur during these first 120 days, there will be no refund for the last month paid.
Termination of the stay after the initial 4 months at no additional cost by giving 31 days notice.
Reduced payment is not possible for additional periods of less than 30 days.

DEPOSITS
All deposits charged are returned up to 30 days after leaving the accommodation, discounting any damage caused or abuse of electricity, water and gas or internet.
