Galiza Flat

This flat is a one bedroom flat with a living room and kitchenette. From the spacious entrance you have to your left the bathroom with bide, bathtub and shower. It has a window, so it’s very light. In front is the living room and next to the bathroom is the bedroom.
The living room has a sleeping sofa good for two people, there is also a desk, TV and there’s Wi-Fi Internet.
The kitchenette has an ceramic cocktop, there’s a oven, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and of course pots and pans, dishes and everything you need to prepare a lovely breakfast or meal.
The bedroom has a huge wardrobe and a queensize bed. There is an eletrical heater.
From the living room there’s a big balcony where you can take your breakfast. It faces southeast with great views of the river, Palácio de Cristal gardens, and no nosy neighbor as it is on the 12th floor.
It’s location is just about perfect for those attending courses in Humanities (faculdade de letras) or any other faculty in Campo Alegre as it is just minutes away walking. There are buses to take you to the old historical center, but you can also walk (about 15 minutes), as there is Cedofeita, a charming shopping street, or the Arts Quarter of Miguel Bombarda on the way.
