Casa Paillard
Description
Casa Paillard is a ground floor apartment in a newly rebuilt house in the center of Porto. It is on Rua de Camões, has a small outdoor patio and sleeps up to 6 people comfortably. Bright and charming apartment 10 minutes walk from the historic center.
The friendly and traditional dwelling of Rua de Camões was fully rebuilt having in mind its original layout and not neglecting elements of comfort of the current life.
You enter the apartment from Camões street to the spacious living room with kitchenette. There is also a sofa bed here that comfortably sleeps 2 people. Following a connecting corridor is the bathroom with ample shower and then the two bedrooms facing the very quiet back yard bathed in the morning sun.
The apartment is very spacious and very bright. However, because it is located on a busy street in the city of Porto, there may be some noise coming from the street.
- Grace period -
No fee charged for bookings canceled within 48 hours after booking
- Booking Cancellation -
Up to 60 days: No fee charged for bookings canceled 8 weeks before arrival.
From 59 to 15 days: The guest will be charged 70% of the amount paid, if canceled up to 15 days before arrival.
From 14 to 0 days: There will be no refund of the reservation fee paid for cancellations of 14 days until arrival.
DURING YOUR STAY
- Early Termination -
The above prices are valid for stays longer than 120 days (4 months).
For cancellations that occur during these first 120 days, there will be no refund for the last month paid.
Termination of the stay after the initial 4 months at no additional cost by giving 31 days notice.
Reduced payment is not possible for additional periods of less than 30 days.
Deposits
All deposits charged are returned up to 30 days after leaving the accommodation, discounting any damage caused or abuse of electricity, water and gas or internet.
