Santa Catarina is one of the traditional street that in the old days use to lead to the outside of Porto, beeing now in its center. This is where you go shopping if you prefer the street shops to the shopping malls which nevertheless are also there. From here you can walk down to Ribeira the old historical center or you have the metro in Marquês and several buses to anywhere in town..

The Flat

It is abot 60m2 flat with 1 bedroom with a queen bed and a closet, a living room with TV. There are also bed linen and blankets and towels.

The kitchen has a stove, oven, fridge, microwave, toaster and tableware, pots and pans, cutlery. There is also an iron and vacuum cleaner, Internet (upon request ,electrical heating. The bathroom has a bathtub with shower and a bide.

There is also a balcony to the back yards.

Prices and Conditions

• Cost includes electricity, water, cable TV when available and further services.
• Internet is not included.
• Keys are delivered in the flat.
• Children are of course welcome.
• Smoking please in the balcony.
• Animals welcome.
• Check-in and check-out at nearly anytime, but please not between 24:00 and 7:00!
• Minimum stays 4 nights.
• Safety deposit 500 Euro (cash, if you don’t have a portuguese bank account, otherwise cheque is OK).
• Final cleaning 50 Euro, if turned in as at check-in. Otherwise it will cost you 100 Euro
