Costa Cabral is a long street in the northern part of the city not far away from the University. Medicine, Engineering, Psychology and Sports Faculties are just around the corner. Yet you are not far away from downtown, as Porto isn't that big and there are several buses to the center. For your convenience there is a shopping center just accross the street, Raione.

The Flat

It is a 100m2 apartment with 2 bedrooms , one with a queen bed, the other with 2 individual beds, closets in both. There is one bathroom with bath tube and shower, bide. The kitchen is fully equipped,  stove, oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine and tableware, pots and pans, cutlery. There are bed linen, blankets and towels.

The living and dining room has TV, and a stereo. There are electrical heaters. Lots of parking in front of the flat.

Prices and Conditions

• Cost includes electricity, water, cable TV when available and further services.
• Internet is included.
• Keys are delivered in the flat.
• Children are of course welcome.
• Smoking please in the balcony.
• Animals not welcome.
• Check-in and check-out at nearly anytime, but please not between 24:00 and 7:00!
• Minimum stays 4 nights.
• Safety deposit 500 Euro (cash, if you don’t have a portuguese bank account, otherwise cheque is OK).
• Final cleaning 75 Euro, if turned in as at check-in. Otherwise it will cost you 100 Euro
