Boavista is the modern center of business in Porto. It is also where Casa da Música€ is located for those fans of modern architecture as well as of music in all variants. The heart of this Quarter is the Rotunda da Boavista which leads both towards the center of town and towards the sea. There are restaurants, shopping malls, bars at walking distance.
The flat/apartment is east of Casa da Música at about 10 min. walk ; it is close to the Sheraton and Meridien, and about 5 min. walk to the metro station of Francos, in the Pedro Hispano street. It is an oasis of quietness as it is turned to the backyards: pátios.
In the nearest neighbourhood you have a traditional grocer with delicious fruits, there is a pharmacy, banks with ATM and a bit further (about 4 min. walk) major supermarket and shops. You also have good restaurants nearby.

The Flat
It is a 65m2 flat with 2 rooms (one being used as a living-room), leading both to the big kitchen. One has 2 single beds and wardrobe and the other one a studio bed (2 beds). There is also bed linen and blankets.
The kitchen has a stove, oven, fridge, microwave, toaster and tableware, pots and pans, cutlery. There is also an iron and vacuum cleaner, cable-TV, Internet (upon request) and DVD player, gas and electrical heating. The bathroom has a bathtub with shower and a bide.
There is also a big balcony with a fireplace where you can grill sardines (hmmm!) in the summer.
Prices and Conditions
- Cost includes electricity, water, cable TV when available and further services.
- Internet is not included.
- Keys are delivered in the flat.
- Children are of course welcome.
- Smoking please in the balcony.
- Animals welcome.
- Check-in and check-out at nearly anytime, but please not between 24:00 and 7:00!
- Minimum stays 4 nights.
- Safety deposit 500 Euro (cash, if you don’t have a portuguese bank account, otherwise cheque is OK).
- Final cleaning 50 Euro, if turned in as at check-in. Otherwise it will cost you 100 Euro
