Praça da Batalha is on the top of one of the downtown hills in Porto, just opposite to the cathedral on the outside of what used to be the city walls.
From here you can see the river and the old bridge, Eiffel helped building. You’re just minutes away from S. João Theater, the shopping street of Santa Catarina, the Cathedral itself, or Ribeira with its bars and restaurants, across the bridge there are the Port wine cellars. Hardly a better location to get to know Porto.
You are close to the metro, the Guindais elevator, buses and train to take just about anywhere in town or outside, restaurants, bars, theaters, supermarkets are also close by.

Studio 1

This flat with windows all around has two beds that can be joined in a big king-size bed. It has a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, toilet and separate lavatory. It has washing machine and TV. Internet and cable TV. Good for a couple. Child bed if requested.

Studio 2

This flat located in a basement has a fully equipped kitchen overlooking the patio. The sleeping room with two individual beds that can be joined in a big king size bed, and a sleeping couch, has an internal window to the kitchen. It has a bathroom with shower, and a separate wc. It has washing machine. Internet and cable TV. Good for a couple. Child bed if requested.

Prices and Conditions

• Cost includes electricity, water, cable TV when available and further services.
• Internet is not included.
• Keys are delivered in the flat.
• Children are of course welcome
• No Smoking please.
• Animals upon request.
• Check-in and check-out at nearly anytime, but please not between 24:00 and 7:00!
• Minimum stay  4 nights.
• Safety deposit 500 Euro (cash, if you don’t have a portuguese bank account, otherwise cheque is OK).
• Final cleaning 50 Euro, if turned in as at check-in. Otherwise it will cost you 100 Euro.
